Pur3x Compensation Plan 3x12 Matrix:

As with every other direct selling company or MLM company, distributors make money monthly for bringing in new members, and for every member that one of their personal sponsors brings into the club for 12 levels the Pur3x compensation plan is a 3 X 12 Matrix.  What this means is that each distributor has up to 3 distributors directly under him or her on his or her 1st level.
