I am offering a 20% discount on my affiliate product BUT are using somebody else's coupon code. If people click thru my affiliate link but use a coupon code (created by someone else) at Paypal checkout will i still get my affiliate commission?

You're "someone else" is likely to get the commission. I'm not perfectly sure about this though.
